Progress

I have started adding the alternate blocks that are solid in the middle. I have  5 made and need ten more. They go really fast so I should be done piecing the units and be ready to sew the blocks together soon.  Before that though, I'll probably spend some hours (or days) arranging and re-arranging, trying to get a random look. Random is harder than you would imagine.

At first I was not sure about that orange line crossing each block but now I am totally sold on it. It really connects the blocks and is so graphic. I am loving this quilt.

This is going to be a real beauty Joyce- I love the colors that you have chosen.
Playing around with the arrangements can indeed be mind boggling.
It has been a while since I stopped by but it is lovely to see your newest creations.
Hope all is well with you.
Regards,
Anna

Joyce, as you've most likely observed I've been "out of the loop" for a while. I'm glad I popped over to see what you're up to. This new project put a BIG smile on my face and a lightness in my demeanor. I love the scrappy, happy organized hodge podge with those red orange lines weaving in and out of the blocks. Thank you.
