Changes

Here are some more changes to the latest quilt. I took off the pink piece on the top left. It just seemed too heavy and was the only place with any rick rack so it just didn't fit to me. It was the same with the piece on the top right. It seemed too heavy and had no little boxes in it, which all the other horizontal pieces did. I also added some vertical strips to the bottom right pink piece. There are a couple of new dangling bits too. Now I am thinking that I won't outline it in dark fabric. This way it looks less contained, as if it could explode in all directions at any time. Is that a good thing I wonder??

Looking good! Your editing of the side panels allowed them to visually become background to showcase the center two.

I borrowed a copy of the book but haven't made time to play yet. Your project seems to be growing like Topsy!
