Trans Canada Trail

This morning we took a walk on the Trans Canada Trail. It was incredibly beautiful. We saw a large buck, ate saskatoons and wild raspberries and took a lot of pictures.
I got two wet feet and a lot of woodticks.
It was a fine morning.

Looks lovely. Will you tell me about woodticks - we don't have them here. What do they do to you?

What a beautiful trail! We have ticks here also...
I enjoyed catching up today on your blog. What lovely food for your Canada day and you did a great job on your basket liner! You've been busy! XO

Joyce,
I love Saskatoons - they make me think of my grandmother- We often picked ' toons on her farm. They were best fresh with cream or just eaten by the handfuls. There were some wild raspberries too but there were lots more saskatoons
Sounds like a fun day!
Regards,
Anna

We rather fear ticks in this country. Are they not injurious to your health? Most of the ticks here can kill a dog or animal, and make a human mighty sick!
