Travels

We are on our way to Kelowna, BC, for an art show. Yesterday we traveled across part of Manitoba an all of Saskatchewan and spent the night in Medicine Hat, Alberta. Saskatchewan was straight and flat with ginormous skies. Some people might call that boring but I think it is subtly beautiful and relaxing to drive through. Today we tackle the Rocky Mountains. Could there be a greater contrast???

I've been through Medicine Hat twice and both times I thought is was such a pretty place. I love going across the country. The scenery changes and it's all so very beautiful.

Beautiful photos Joyce. I was just thinking the same thing yesterday as we drop across western Minnesota. Heaven on Earth . Safe travels!

Those huge sweeping skies remind me of my first impressions of living in Australia!
