Here I have highlighted the center images by couching around them with blue/silver string I found in my stash. I also added some gold braid at the top and bottom. I might add one more tail at the middle bottom. It's getting closer to being done...
I'm liking these latest pieces you've been working on (of course my magpie tendencies have a lot to do with it!). Are you doing a series or are they meant as stand-alone pieces?
I've been away helping my daughter move but you have been equally busy. Mind you, I have more bruises to show! ha ha. Great work! I love the angles at the bottom of this one. And the other piece where you added mauve, yes!! Lovely!
What I love best about your amazing pieces is how you stick with them, have the patience to arrange, rearrange, undo, remove, add, replace, try this and that. You are a patient woman, a characteristic I wish I had!
This piece is so darned interesting AND beautiful!

Definitely.
I am always amazed by how you work because I have never done embellishment. I really like this one -- it's looking great!
