These new blocks are definitely addictive. Every one is so different. It is also an excellent exercise in color. I will be putting plain fabric between the blocks with some strips randomly going through them. I have to decide what color would work. It will have to be neutral for sure. I also want to arrange the blocks in some sort of random order. That will be the next bit of fun, deciding what should go where. There will be a lot of different arrangements before it's done.

They are looking good Joyce. I took this workshop from Sandi Cummings a few years ago at my Guild's Fall Seminar - so I have some of those blocks kicking around somewhere. They are fun to make alright.
Looks like you have found a fun new project. I like the idea of a random set. I've always kind of wanted to try a '52 Pick-up' style top . . .just never quite had the nerve - yet *s*
Isn't it funny how somethng can become so addictive! I often say it's a good thing I like fabric and not drugs or alcohol! Can you say the beginnings of a king sized quilt!
Hi Joyce, I have lots of catching up to do with you! These look fascinating. Love the colours.
Oh I like these blocks. I want to play too!
Oh wow! Looks like my kind of piecing exercise!
This is a fun book and definitely fun blocks to make. Love how yours are turning out!
