Another pillow top and another UFO used up. I was trying a technique from Quilter's Playtime and it never made it into a wall hanging.
This morning I made Ratatouille-Moussaka which is veggies (sweet potato, eggplant, zucchini, onion, tomato, garlic, mushroom) roasted in the oven and then topped with white sauce, egg and ricotta and sprinkled with Parmesan. It was delicious but most of it went into the freezer. It was much too big for the two of us.

loved the quilted pillow and thought it was designed after the dish below, which looked and sounded delicious.
I like recipes that freeze well. There is nothing better than an instant good meal on a day you have been busy.
Love the colours in the pillow case and that recipe sounds gorgeous.
Quite the sweet pillow.
But your Ratatouille-Moussaka. It sounds heavenly! Just the perfect weather for homebaked dishes like that!
My mouth is watering. Can I come over, please and while I'm there, maybe we'll quilt some. (Wishful thinking. But at least I can dream via your blog.)
Your pillows are great! They compliment your wall hangings so well. The veggie dish looks awesome....I have the same problem. There's two of us and I don't even have a freezer!
What a zany pillow! I love eggplant, must make some of that!
