Finished!

This one has been sitting around for nearly a year so it's about time to be finished it. It is not black as most of you thought from the last photo, but a dark chocolate brown. I think it sets off the colors of the squares very nicely. It is a double or maybe even twin size so I'm not sure what I will do with it. We have no beds here of that size. Maybe a large sofa quilt for TV watching this winter.

It'a a very pretty quilt Joyce....I would never have thought to try brown...I'll have to remember that one. You are cruising right along on getting these finished up!! Way to go!

Well done Joyce - you rock! On my monitor it looks like midnight blue, and the strips look primarily red, white and blue with a little pink and teal and aqua thrown in - so I guess I have no idea what color it really is!

Good job on completing a project. You've done a beautiful piece. Every size quilt is a 'perfect' size. I'm sure you'll find a home for it. Enjoy.

Well if it's chocolate brown Joyce it won't show up those little splinters of choc that always seem to fall out on the couch when you're eating it! So it is the perfect infrontofthetelly quilt :)

It's beautiful and congrats on finishing it!

Did you end up having enough to do the binding one color? Or did you piece it?
