Fabricland had a 40% off sale on quilting fabrics and this is what I came home with yesterday. I particularly like the orange on the left but it doesn't show up as nicely in the picture as in real life. The butterflies are gold and really sparkle. The green ladybug fabric is very cute and I have dyed lots of green that will probably match the background. The dots on the two dotted fabrics are printed on an angle and I think they'll make nice borders, among other things.

Did you purchase your dye-able fabric at Fabricland? Looks like great stuff to dye with. Did you scour it or was it PFD?

equilter had a sale last week too and I got 6 yards of that yellow/orange fabric for a backing. I like the diagonal dot fabrics.
I really like your choice of fabrics. I can never get enough of blues, and I love that one. The orange is fun too. I think it would be great to turn the quilt over and find that one!

OOOOO AHHHH love the fabric. Especially the dots.
It is always interesting to see which fabrics call to different people- the orange with the butterflies is very lovely and would add lots of interest in a quilt.
The dots are funky too..

Mm, I love the orange, too. I think it's the same as a blue I bought the other day - we obviously have good taste!
