I have been experimenting with home-made cheese and yesterday I made Quark. Today I mixed in some extra ingredients. They are, from left to right, Ancho Chile cheese, Guajillo Chile cheese and herb cheese. They are all quite tasty. I think the chile cheeses may get stronger as they age a bit. I guess I need to make some crackers to go with them.

Wow, your talents are endless!
I am really fond of cheese, but think I would balk at the making process.

Yes get the oven on and make a nice batch of crackers. Can I come and try them?
