Here is a basic circle pieced with Sharon Schamber's method from her website. It's a very easy way to piece a perfect circle (any imperfections are mine) with no stitching at all showing. It can then be cut into four equal pieces to make Drunkard's Path blocks. I don't know if I will make anything from this but I wanted to try it just to see how it works. It will probably end up in the parts drawer with a lot of other orphans.

I've just used Sharon's Piec-lique method for one of my Dear Jane blocks and I was thrilled with the results. I love her tutorial for basting quilts too...no more crawling around on the floor!
Wow, I'll have to check out her website. I saw her demonstrate this on Simply Quilts, but I've never tried it.
what a great technique.... might make a wonderful way of doing a bull's eye :-)
Amazing coincidence -- I was just checking the Simply Quilts lineup and the next show (May 1) has Sharon Shamber demonstrating Piece-lique!
Thanks for stopping by my blog Joyce. Drunkards Path is one of my favourite blocks and lends itself to a variety of traditional and contemporary settings so I hope you make some more circles to slice up and experiment with.
LOL I have been in a sorting and cleaning mood here lately...and just ran across that very same -- or very similar, at least -- pink batiky fabric!
