Playing With Curves

I thought I'd try playing a bit with curves instead of straight lines. I'm using the Australian fabric again. I've only had time to start but now I have a dentist appointment so I'll have time to think of where to take it from here.

i think this suits the aussie fabric much more than the other design - the fabric is so earthy and the way you've done it here, it looks like layers of the earth. it does remind me of some of alison's work with the midden shells and stuff...
beautiful stuff, mum!
love carm

Oh lovely! I never think of brown as a happy fabric, but with the curves this is lilting and joyful in look, very cool indeed.

I saw a demo with 'free form gentle curves' once . . . . it looked like a lot of fun *s*

I have always loved this type of curve. It reminds me of earthen strata no matter what color. I can't wait to see what you do with it.

Chocolate Layer Cake (sorry - I couldn't resist)!

I'd love to be able to do curves one day. I'm going to start on the Swiggles that Tonya linked to last year.
