Three Finishes

Today was a day for finishing things. This little wall hanging needed some beads sewn on and the hanging sleeve attached.

I got some fabric glue called Tug-o-War to glue on the pompoms. I remember that glue from when I was a child. I didn't realize they even made it anymore. The nice thing is that it dries clear. I used it on the first wall hanging pictured here to glue down the sparkly trim on the pink tail.

And here is the Coffee Table Runner all quilted and bound.
It feels good to get a few things finished.

Coffee tablr runner is really nice. I love the beaded handle on the bag, did you make it from your beads?
You never bore with your wonderful posts!

Insant gratification with small pieces finished. I love to do small pieces after I have worked on a large one.

These are all such fun pieces.
The second one looks like a Japanese kamono. Very bright and cheery...

Fine finishes, Joyce! There really isn't much that is unfinished in your studio though, is there? ;-)

I like the "un-even" aspect of the finishes. I like that out of the ordinary look.
