Indian Summer

I have finally finished the words for the first verse and I'm sure that's enough! Sorry about the blurry photo. It must be my eyes. It couldn't be the camera or the photographer not knowing how to set it back to auto-focus.
Now I have to decide whether to do a center and put the words as a border or use the words as the center and make an interesting border for them. This might be the time to make a landscape quilt of some sort. I have lots of autumn pictures from our Thompson trip but I'm not sure how many autumn colors I have in my stash. Maybe it's time for a trip to the fabric store.
Does anyone get Threads Magazine? They have an article in the September issue about making aprons. I wear aprons often and am thinking I need a larger wardrobe of them. Their website was supposed to have a selection of aprons but I checked and I guess I have last month's issue and they've put more current articles up. I borrowed my copy from the library. Sewing aprons would be a fun break from all those fiddly little letters.

Great letter! I love the the differnt sizes and colors.

I once in awhile get Threads magazine but not for the past two months.

I have 1 apron that I use for cooking that hubby gave me years ago. Yes, years ago.....I do not cook much! I have heavy canvas aprons that I use when I dye fabric. I have 4 of them because I dye a lot of fabric.

Well done on getting all these done ! They look really good and easy to read. Looking forward to see what you do with them.

I'd use the words as the centre and have a lovely autumnal border.

Can't help you on the apron front - sorry.

I've been toying with trying my hand at apron making. Up to this point, I've never worn them - but I'm beginning to see the benefits of their useful nature. Does this mean I am finally maturing? Oh no *s*

You keep so productive!
Sorry no aprons, I wear them too, now & then, & used to always have one handy for my granddaughter, but now we dont see so much of her, or she is not in cooking mode when we do, I am not even sure where mine are! LOL

Your words look great! I'm sure you could find some easy/great apron patterns if you googled it! I google everything!! And btw, yes my Orange Peel was from Karla Alexander's Stack a New Deck.

The dentist wasn't so bad after all...I am totally painfree and the experience wasn't so bad. Thank you for your kind words...as always!
