Spring Quilt

Here is the quilt with all of the borders on. I really like it, although I'm not usually one to do pastels. I have decided to dye some fabric for the back. Today I bought some pink fabric for the last quilt I made. It's a bit too cold to dye outside and I want to get back to the quilting machine. I hope I can remember how to load it. It's been a long time since I last used it.

I'm not much on pastels, either - but I think it looks great . . . what a fun pattern *s*

Beautiful quilt Joyce - simple pattern yet stunning. I love pastels! If you decide you can't live with these light fabrics the quilt would be very happy being part of my spring decor LOL!

I would bet that you could load it with your eyes closed. ;-)

I really like the borders! I'm not a pastel person either...but this is very vibrant from where I'm sitting. Well done!

It always amazes me how simple can be so wonderful. This is a lovely quilt!

Got the Karla Alexander book in the mail today. I have an earlier one of hers because I fell in love with the quilt on the cover!

Very pretty - I think the pattern is called Broken Bricks, if no one has said yet. I'm not normally a pastel person either, but that's sweet.

Very pretty - and the border colour is just right to tie it together without being overpowering.

Just love it. Borders perfect. I like the bricks running up and down. Enjoy the quilting of it. We are now getting your cold stormy weather in MI. Burrrrr

It has been a while since you loaded up your frame Joyce! I'm sure you'll get back in the swing of things soon - especially with such fab quilts to work on!
