I am always fascinated with the didgeridoo. A distant girl cousin taught herself to play it, using her mother's vaccuum cleaner pipe. Legend has it that females are not to play, but I am not sure about that.

Wow, I don't think I've ever heard that except in a movie. What an incredible sound! Looks like it takes a strong diaphragm.
