The New Machine

We braved near blizzard conditions to go and pick up my prize sewing machine. It's amazing! I have to do a bit of studying before I can try the embroidery on it though. I think it's the top of the Husqvarna line. I love it already!

I think the machine has gone to the Best Home it could! Well done you. The quilt you made is lovely- perfect for a bright curious little mind to enjoy.
Also adore that Kokopeli Quilt!

I do hope it serves you better than another blogger I just heard about who had a Husqvarna and fought with it so much she gave it to her sister.

Yay you! The only thing I ever won, was a chile cook-off (well third place) and I got a restaurant gift certificate, this is much cooler.

Top of the line is rarely given away as a prize. that must be why they got such a good turn out for the entries. I hope you get lessons with it.

You'll love your machine. I love both my Vikings and couldn't live without them.

Viking machines have a learning curve so take it easy and explore a little on your own.

Most of all have fun! BTW, the small metal part just under the lid is where the thread sits if you wind bobbins via the needle to the bobbin. Winding bobbins that way is super easy and fast.

LOL..sorry. I love sewing machines.

Your word quilts are wonderful, I have only tried one word, and that was enough for me.
I love the acronyms too.♥
