I love baking bread (in case you hadn't guessed). This is Hazelnut-Currant Boule from Home Baking by Alford and Duguid.
I have made several recipes from this book and they were all good. We really loved their Tourtiere (meat pie) and the Pugliese Sponge Bread. It is another must-have cookbook.
